I never thought that first half of 16 was "fun"...I thought we were doomed as the defense sucked worse and worse as the injuries piled up in epic fashion. It was clear to anybody that knows football during the Appy St game that the team had major issues and was going to have major problems during the year. Our wealth of offensive skill position talent blinded a lot of people.
Imagine what Heupel and his crew could have done with that roster...
Do you think a childhood is better before internet or after?

Yep, during the school year we’d be set loose in the neighborhood and told to be home when the streetlights came on. And during the summer, when it got dark we all ran around playing flashlight tag. A different world. Before by a million. My childhood was outside playing in the neighborhood with other kids til dark. It was the best. Kids today spend majority of their time indoors glued to a screen and have horrible social skills. It’s pathetic what the internet and gaming has done. But that’s also just bad parenting.
Granted I played a ton of Atari and Nintendo, but mainly my parents said get outside and play and come back in when it starts getting dark. A much better balance back then.
