Cincy #6 is very telling. Even in a year with all these mediocre teams, they aren't going to allow them in? We need 8/16 teams asap if the committee is going to continue this nonsense. Half of the FBS is being told don't even show up - you're not allowed.

Oregon at top 4 over Cincinnati is such BS. This committee nonsense is such a bad way to pick the playoff teams. I'd much rather have the bcs computers calculate the top 4 for the playoff instead of this garbage.

No way. I haven't been watching. They slotted Oregon over Cincinnati? Is this some kind of conspiracy to expand the playoffs? Oregon lost to a decidedly mediocre Stanford team. Cincinnati is undefeated, beat Notre Dame on the road, and still has tests coming up. If they win out they should be in without question.

I don't even know why we have a committee. Seed the top 4 BCS teams.

I think it's awful and Ruggs' behavior is inexcusable. But he's also a high profile millionaire, I'll be absolutely shocked if he does any jail time. Cause sadly that's how messed up our justice system is.

From what I gather Little did 4 years probation, 30 days in city workhouse, and 1000 hours of community service after is 1998 conviction of manslaughter and DUI. I'm not sure what the minimum sentences for Missouri/St. Louis were then. I don't know if his status as an athlete played a part in any reduced sentencing.

I think someone posted on here that the state of Nevada has a 2 year minimum jail time. I'm not sure if Ruggs can get out of that minimum.

No way Ohio State leaning committee members will allow Cincinnati in the playoff.

Exactly. It was such an easy fix. Keep the existing system and go to 4 teams instead of 2. I can't fathom how anyone could put Oregon over Cincinnati.

They will have to run the table and not have one of "those" games where everyone points and says "yeah, that's what I expected", and even then, if Alabama is sitting there with 2 loses and Georgia 1 then we all know what they will do.

I understand all that, and yet all of that is beside my point..the dude was dealing at a ridiculous level against UK...36 of 39..a new SEC record for completion percentage at 92.3 percent...and yet they only won by 14.

I don't think we can count on Hendo having an out of body experience game like that...plus I don't think we can count on UK turning the ball over four times.

It is crazy to me that MSU was so efficient while UK had four TOs and yet only won by 14..

If we are healthy on OL Hendo could have a 20/25 day for around 300 yards and 50+ running the ball. Add in Tiyon for 75+ and I
think we win going away. Our D will hold their weak offense to 20 or less.

UK may be mad but we should be 4-2 right now and our guys are motivated and bought in. 37 to 17 good guys after the Mehldcats score late and make the score look better is my prediction.

Yeah, i worked in corrections for over 30 year. We had several guys in the system that were in for vehicular homicide. People should do time if they kill someone while driving under the influence. Sad thing is I have drove drunk many times in my youth and the good side of it is I was very fortunate to never have hurt anyone. Little got off with not much punishment at all. To me the punishment wouldn’t be the prison time but the heartache of taking someone else’s life.
