Why should they be unsaid on this forum? I would like to hear these opinions. Not necessarily. I think there was other "things" going on out there, but maybe the owners of the property were complicit in the other "things", but not the actual murderers.
But to the murder of DDS Elliot, another subject, being home grown on the Ridge, many have valid opinions that are best left unsaid on this forum
They don't make that kind of money really. My Dad did Uber for a while. It is not an easy job.Sounds about right.
I'm so jealous of college kids these days. Gotta be the easiest way to make money. Every day is Friday night pizza delivery 3x over. No clocking in or out, no manager. "No one else is doing anything, guess I'll go make $40 for a couple of hours."
The Gulch in Nashville is a trap for people that just got into town and don't even realize how hilly parts of downtown are.The scooters are an interesting public policy and insurance case study. So fun yet dangerous.
Lol...I crawled up tp the ledge, and then actually scooted backwards away from that ledge on my butt for 6-8 feet before rolling over and crawling even farther away before getting back on my feet...Nope, fear can win this one. Didn’t even like reading that. No picture needed.
You can, but probably not much more than taping it to the next toe. I stayed at a Holiday Inn at some point. My toe is turning a nice shade of purple. Wondering if I should go to the doctor and get it x-rayed?
The NCAA investigation plus the start of NIL plus the first year staff is slowing recruiting big time. Dooley and Butch were able to recruit well early on. There's no reason Heupel wouldn't be able to as well if all was equal.
Cincy...he did ok, but you don't make a killing, and driving is not really an easy job. Go do it as a job for two to three months and get back with me...plus Uber and Lyft screw their drivers over every chance they get...go google the horror stories.Around Nashville or Knoxville? Seems like a lot of opportunity.

I drive medical transit for a living, and I actually love driving, but it is not for everybody. It is the easiest/hardest job you will ever do.
Great story Doc. Absolutely the only person you jeopardized was yourself. You lived to fight another day and you’re a doctor. Good timesBack when I was single, went to a dance club with my nephew and his buddies. I drove to the club. Drank way too much. Decided that it was time to leave, instead of driving, I decided to walk. I was in town and staying at my Mom’s house. My drunk brain thought that I was only a mile away so I walked.
And I walked. And I walked. And I walked. (Translation drunken stagger) I got really tired, so I climbed under a hedge between two houses and slept for a little…then got up and walked some more. I even hugged the streetlight that my Dad knocked down and told it that it was safe. Finally made it safely to my Mom’s house.
The next day, I hitched a ride to my car. The club was a little over 5 miles from my Mom’s house.
For reference sake of the surge, to get from my house to the bar I was at in midtown during the early afternoon on Saturdays costs about $10-12Sounds about right.
