He’s a great coach. I am good friends with the past coach (Kelson), but this guy is getting studs. If they (frosh) are as good as advertised, they will beat out the seniors in qualifying. They have great facilities and courses to play. They are an NCAA tournament contender. I follow the program pretty closely. Love it for them.Hey Peay,
Did you see the class Coach Webb just signed in men's golf? One of the best classes in the nation. Got the number 2, 19 and 38 players in the country. They just keep getting better each year. I'll be glad when our seniors leave so these young guns can get their chance.
Stoops is Dan Mullen-lite. Yes, what he's done at Kentucky is pretty solid. But...meh. He's never truly done anything to shock me.Can't tell if serious. Unless you're a youngster. Don't mean that in a mean way, but maybe you don't know their atrocious history:
UK football had 2 10-win seasons EVER...in 100+ years of playing football, before he came. He's already gotten them another with at least 9 wins likely this season.
And you can't seriously judge him in the same way at UK (regarding LSU expectations) without the highly important context of what a shizhole he's at. It's like James Franklin at Vandy or Saban at MSU. Give him top-10 talent instead of top-35 talent and it'd be intriguing. Not saying he'd absolutely kill it (or maybe he would) - but he could be pretty dang good there. Especially with his now evolving offense - he could give the West some problems iyam.
And UK would fall right back to complete and utter irrelevance. They just finished 2nd in the East...unheard of. As a UT fan, we should all be very happy if he bolts. I'm tired of these close ones...ready to start WHIPPING them like the old days. This would just accelerate that inevitably.
Eh, I think you're taking it too far. Yes it's different, but to say the series is so far just loosely based on the books is too harshIt changes how he is who he is. He's not slow and deliberate because he's always had to be. He's not a blacksmith his wife is. He has no mentor to lean on. He wouldn't hurt a fly at this point and wouldn't of pulled a Mist.
It does get better the longer you watch but they completely didn't give a crap about back story and even as someone who's read the books is completely confused at what they're trying on some partsEh, I think you're taking it too far. Yes it's different, but to say the series is so far just loosely based on the books is too harsh
High ankle spain is 6 weeks to 12 weeks to recover, if it can be healed without surgery.
Also, if he keeps trying to play and keeps re-injuring it, the clock kinda restarts with each new injury of that ankle.
Regular ankle sprain should be better by now.
I’m aware Doc
