My thoughts if I’m Lincoln Riley is that he’s probably a better coach than Ed O and Les Miles and even they were able to win a National Championship at LSU.

If the grass eater and Cajun man from the waterboy can win Championship at LSU... I'm sure Riley thinks he can.

I actually disagree, I think a perk of OU has been that it wasn’t in the SEC and cake walked into the playoffs in a bad conference.

New stadium is okay but mid pack of the SEC. Facilities aren’t great. In state recruiting is bottom tier in the SEC. I think currently, Bama, UGA, Florida, LSU, Texas are all better SEC jobs than OU. A&M, Tennessee, and OU would be on an even tier IMO.

This. You can say LSU is a step up but you can absolutely win as much as you want at OU. There arent really a lot of limitations there.

Maybe my ten years in Texas have ruined me, but that program is due for a step back

Napier to UF, Riley to LSU, and Stoops to OU. Kentucky loses their class and goes back to mediocre and UF gets an average coach. Please Lord!

Bama's chances all rest on next week. Beat Georgia, and they are deservedly in. Lose, and they're out. I don't see them trying to shoehorn a two loss Bama team into the playoffs.

Joe Brady apparently hates recruiting or he’d be a name I think.

Unless they got a big boy booster or three I don’t know if they got the 50 or so million to snag Riley. (20+ to O & staff, 25+ million for Riley’s buyout)
