What makes him different is that he's an WR instead of a DL but it wouldn't be the first time they had 1 ridiculous WR. The rest of their class is a handful of 4*s and a ton of 3*s. They only have 16 commits and other the vast majority come from areas in close proximity and places no one else really recruits e.g. IL, MO, Neb.

People take too much stock in the recruiting rankings of the services sometimes. Mizzou might finish top 15. Then finishing ahead of us this year doesn't scare me.

They can only do it one time so they better be smart when they leave a team. The next time will result in sitting out a year.

After that they are gonna send me a hard copy check of the amount owed and could take up to 14 business days. I told the bank if they made it this hard for the hackers to get my money it woulda never gotten stolen. My question is this protocol for it to be so hard to get my money back and to take this long? I know its a long shot but is there any legal action that can be taken??Im the only income for my family and this has almost crippled us with my next paycheck still a week away.

Since you have been compromised, they're probably just trying to make sure no one else does it to you. Just give them the information they need and get things straightened out then start looking for a better bank.

If Josh Dobbs can find work in the NFL, then Hooker surely can...he is a much better passer than Dobbs. If he gets even better at the read and react part of the job....he could seriously have a MONSTER season.

Sounds like at this point, as long as we are using Spyre, we are going to continue to whiff on all these game changing kids...But this is UT, so not surprising at all. Will be really interesting to see where we stand when the dust settles... Crazy to think that as bad as the last staff was, before the investigation, we'd most likely have already firmed up Evans, Nolan, M'Bay, and a few others...

I think we all know I'm very pro-NIL.

I'm also very pro transfer portal and letting kids change schools just as easy as a non athlete.

However, these two things happening at the exact same time is a very bad combination in my opinion.

If I'm a business and/or donor setting up an NIL with a student athlete, I'd like to set it up as a 3 year deal worth x amount spread across those 3 years, with an option for a 4th year if they stay for their senior year. That's the ideal contract, but imagine there's a school out there that isn't smart and is just throwing NIL deals at the athletes up front as a freshman. it's flashy and it gets kids excited and everyone wants to jump in the boat, but now they've already got their money upfront and are free to transfer after one year somewhere else to try and get more money.

Man, this year's recruiting class has me so confused. Reading his thread, we processed out TE commit? For whom? Wednesday is going to be really interesting. Either in a really good way, or a really bad way. I hope it's a really good way.
