SC thinking they might get Theo Wease too. Even with these additions SC doesn’t concern me in the least little bit.

Ok. A couple of observations.

Skipped ahead several pages to do this...

This is the RF...not th FF. People in the RF do things differently than the people in the FF.

First off we do NOT create a new thread for every thought in our mind.

Secondly...well f***...I don't remember the secondly...but it was a good one...I'm sure.

Thirdly... I probably should have started a new thread.

This should be required reading for a FF Fers. Problem is because it is not in its own thread they will never see it. They are the only reason I'm looking forward to signing season to be over so they will go back where they belong.

Nope. We will be fine with what we are getting Wed., plus a bunch of transfers. With the way things are going , we might be best off with a smaller HS class this year.

No but I honestly believed this was a 5 win team. I'm not down on Huepel by any means but the biggest worry about him was in recruiting. He's got a lot working against him but he has to find a way to overcome it or he won't be here in a few years, it's really as simple as that.

Funny because our last two coaches got plenty of "stars". Where they at now?

Oy. I’m a fan of Heupel and want UT to succeed. It’s ok to say that closing out ‘22 leaves a good bit to be desired. We need tons of defensive help and have plenty of PT to go around.

And we are striking out. I’m sure Heupel’s pissed and will communicate this to the defensive staff

Heup will get 4-5 years regardless and I think next years class will be good especially if Tn wins 8,9,10 games. Heup had a lot going against him this year with all the transfers and Tn was being negative recruiting against because the NCAA. I think the portal will be where he gets the help for next years team at.

It wasn’t the same result though this year with a first year head coach. Took a limited roster to 7-5 instead of 5-7.

When the dust settles Wednesday we will have signed a quality class that exceeded most people's expectations a couple of months ago. The so-called "realists" will still bitch and moan about some can't miss prospect we didn't get. They will say Heupel "better" start recruiting better. (Or else, what?) Some will say if he doesn't improve he should be gone. Etc, etc, etc.

Hate to disappoint about half of yall but the man knows what he's doing, he doesn't feel the need to keep all the media hacks clued in to what he's doing, and he is a great developer of talent. Gonna be so disappointing when we win 9 or 10 next year and the moaners keep falling by the wayside.

There will been new names pop up in portal after bowls and staffs have already been contacted by players through back channels. This is the new way to recruit with ESD and transfer portal. NCAA opened a can of worms.
