Let's hit this portal and fill some big roles on the roster. Let's get back to the weight room and practice field and get stronger and better. This lost didn't sway how I think next year can go but we all know we have areas to improve, coaching included.

Yeah you’ve perfectly summarized why I think 7 wins is a good baseline next year

Roster has tons of holes and Hooker is not perfect

We also have a tough schedule. LSU on the road is no joke. Pitt will be salty on the road. Florida is just in our heads.

You can spin it how you want. The game should have been 63-31 if he hits those. He didn’t. I guess the punts don’t make the turnover column on the statsheet, but they’re exactly that- turnovers. The defense was bad. Hendon cost us the game though.

Next year's games will be mostly won or lost in the offseason. Do they live in the gym, and do they continue to recruit at a high level? If so, we will win more of these close games.

Bull crap call tho.

I will add that the AD needs to sit at the table, and force a major rules change for "flops".

Lot's of work to do in order to take the next step.

That was one of his worst passing games. Tho he bailed us out with his legs over and over again.

The problem is the whistle didn't blow until after the touchdown. If the play was blown dead before, this would be easier to take. It sucks to lose on one of the worst calls I've ever seen in the replay era

The whole defense just needs better players. Short yardage has to get better. That’s a combo of better/bigger backs and scheme.

Yeah i still dont really understand how it didnt get overturned. How do they justify that?

Good post. We need a complete overhaul of the D other than 2 players. The complete lack of effort on the TD their TE ran was embarrassing, at best.
