I know. It's like...99 is a heck of a run no matter which way you slice it. She lived 17 days shy of a century and did a lot of good in her time here. But it still makes me sad. Another icon gone.I'm really sad about the passing of Betty White. All the Golden Girls are gone now. I loved that show when I was a kid in the '80's. It's hard to realize that was so long ago.
Do you realize people like Dick van Dyke, Bob Newhart, and Bob Barker are all in their 90's? So are Angela Lansbury and Barbara Walters.I know. It's like...99 is a heck of a run no matter which way you slice it. She lived 17 days shy of a century and did a lot of good in her time here. But it still makes me sad. Another icon gone.
if that's fhe case, that's infantile and loser behaviour.Call me a conspiracy theorist, but I keep going back to the pact or whatever it was that the ACC, the Big Ten, and the PAC 12 formed when it was announced that Texas and OU were joining the SEC. We played a Big Ten team with ACC officiating and came up on the short end of several questionable calls. Coincidence? I can't help but wonder...
Why?...money, or personal beef. Either reason they were bent it amounted to the same... they screwed our boys over. Here is the thing that bothers me: The line judge started saying immediately that he said forward progess was stopped. (You can see him talking to the ref.) Thus making it not reviewable. If he swallows his pride and says his knee was down then let review do its job. Why make such a critical call and then make sure it can't be reviewed?
Being able to say that BYU, Colorado, Georgia Tech, and Washington have all won titles since Georgia last won one will never not be hilarious to me.I hate to admit it, but I want Bama to win this game just for further insurance that UGA does not win a National championship. Bama getting knocked off their high horse wouldn’t be worth a higher likelihood of intolerable UGA smugness.
