Supremely disappointed if Hubbs has the pulse of this staff in that we aren’t winning the East next year anyway.

I find it hard to believe that is the mindset of CJH and company.

People don't like it but it's the truth. If the media and everyone was pumping this team to win the East, and they didn't fans would already start to turn on Heupel. I'm sure the coaches are telling the kids Yada Yada we are winning it all, but we don't have the roster for that.

We're all repetitive to a degree, Doc. Even you. We're all frustrated by years of watching something we all care about go to ruin. And CJH has sparked our hope, so we all have opinions on how to keep that going. I'm a defensive guy myself. It's my favorite side of the ball. And I desperately want to see that side of the ball get better. If the fact I keep talking about it annoys people, I guess I'm sorry, but I doubt I'll stop. That's like asking McGill not to be grumpy, or Butchna not to be prickly.

It could be, with some key additions, mostly on defense. Georgia loses a whole lot, so they're an unknown quantity next year. With a better defense, we should be able to compete with anyone on our schedule.

Im not arguing with competing, but beating is another pot all together.

UF: UK, TN, Mizzou, LSU, UGA, TX AM, Vandy
Honestly how many losses do you see from either of those teams? Honestly, im not even trying to be an ass right now, I just want to know where this East talk comes from.
I see, 3 losses for UF, maybe 4 depending on the TN game
I really dont see more than one or two losses for UGA, that schedule is weak. For UGA its Auburn and maybe TN that can beat them.

Youre correct, but my point is will they have enough for us to overcome? In conference I think TN has between 2 and 4. I think UGA's max is 2
