Hey, y'all...hope no one has killed anyone else since last Saturday! I've been on a roller coaster with my hubby. After Labor Day trying unsuccessfully to quit drinking, he used a vacation day for Tuesday then missed Wednesday, too. Wednesday night he prayed for salvation. Went to work Thursday. They fired him Friday because he sent a message instead of calling. He has done it before so they were just tired of the missing. So he had to drink Friday after a struggle. He called someone Monday and had an interview Tuesday and starts Monday. They are working so much OT he won't have time to drink. God has put the ball in his court. I would appreciate prayers for both of us. I am exhausted. I don't even like roller coasters. @nicksjuzunk could you give me the website again please? He may be ready to listen now.

I’m so sorry you’re going through this. I’ve seen alcoholism kill my brother, so I don’t say this lightly. I hope he is at that point for both of you to finally break from that horrible addiction.

My brother is an alcoholic and should be dead. 4 times he went to the ER with a BAL of 0.40 or higher. He has been sober for 3 years

Well. I’ve never been arrested but I don’t think my career in drugs is far enough behind me to pass those hair tests that can date back years lol

Part of me loves that Florida plays bama the week before. But part of me hates it because i bet it’s emorys last game starting, so we will get the backup. He’s much better than Emory.

He will have his coming out party against us. It never fails. He will probably rush for 250yards and throw for 200.

Yeah I went ahead and bought the surface pro and kept the Mac. Just wanted the surface for personal stuff.

Good choice to keep the mac. I have the surface laptop and I loved it at first, but less and less these days. Will definitely be buying a personal mac within the next year or so.

It almost killed me.. I’m 2 years sober since July

Praying for you and the hubby, SAS. Hoping y'all find the peace and comfort you need to handle all that's going on. It's not easy, but it's also not meant for us to fight alone. Trust the Comforter and let Him do His job as much as you can.
