The Law is going to destroy these idiots..
I really don't see how they can try to reverse this now. There are contracts signed and a full year of this out in the open. We all know the Bamas and UGAs of the world will continue to secretly have their donors talk with recruits but others will be cited for such actions while the untouchable schools get away with it. Time for it to be out in the open.

Kids should preemptively file a class action lawsuit

Here we go

The way I understand the court decision, I don’t see how they could regulate anything other than university involvement.

The fact that the Bama’s and Clemsons and UGA’s have been the biggest whiners about NIL also tells me it’s the right thing to do. I honestly haven’t heard the smaller programs saying much at all about it.

The NCAA is lost as last years Easter egg. Always late and ineffective. Trying to cater to Saban and Dabo, it’s sad but they don’t want a leveler playing field. To heck with them, everybody else band together and challenge the every step of the way. If I thought they were interested in a level playing field I would’ve all for it. But they aren’t, they just don’t like losing power and their own corrupt influence. The NCAA’s time to get the house in order has long passed.

The article implies that "collectives" will be prohibited from talking with recruits about payments under these soon to be released new NCAA rules because the NCAA will declare them as an "arm of the university".
The kids should get out ahead of this
