I know he has, but does he really want to explain BY's NIL deals that he openly bragged about to the press when he thought it would help him?

We used something similar with his first travel ball team and it seemed to help some…. I didn’t truly understand the swing as much as I do now ….. was considering trying it out but was looking for any idea I can get.

You actually believe he'll ever be questioned on those things by the press? Why hasn't he been questioned already when he criticized other school's use of NIL? Plenty of opportunities. Also, the NCAA wouldn't say that the old slime ball was behind the push. He'd use Mike Slime as his proxy anyway.

I worked with a guy (engineer coincidently) that had a mayonnaise phobia. Some of the guys in the office put mayo on his phone receiver and then called him. He ran to the bathroom screaming like a girl. He was a tall lanky guy - imagine Kramer. He came back about 10 mins later with his ear as red as a tomato. It was kinda mean but hilarious at the same time.

I'm saying if they start investigating other big schools, those schools will finger point Bama. The NCAA gets its power from its member schools, not just Bama. You really think in that situation the NCAA could be selective about the schools they look at? That would not work out well for them.

Alabama plays by a different set of rules. They absolutely turn a blind eye to Bama. They'll never get anything pointed at them.

If they investigate the other big schools, they'll have to investigate Bama as well. You're overestimating just how much pull Bama and Little Nicky have.

I think this would be a “show proof” type of thing, meaning that the entity would have to show that they are actively paying the individual for their NIL. Not just amassing money and then handing them the money. Without the individual doing anything to promote themselves (without providing any service) if that makes sense.
