Correct me if I’m wrong but I think the single season record for home runs by a team is 188 by the 1997 LSU team. If that’s correct, that’s a lot of damn home runs.

After the drought we had that's so nice to see. We've had too many in the past few years that were UDFAs because the coaching/season was poor. Players that would've been drafted outright with someone like Heupel coaching them.

Have to assume they're still evaluating players, looking for guys that fit our system. If a player can't come in and contribute, no reason to take him. It just sucks that there doesn't seem to be any more defensive players they're currently interested in. I thought for sure we'd bring in at least one LB and one true CB. Turrentine and Walker seem more like safeties than true CBs. And I know they were looking at Edge players previously, but maybe they just don't see anyone else they like? The portal has been very frustrating.

I agree. Defense needs to be able to make some stops if we hope to outscore the other team. I'd feel better with a few more playmakers on D.

This is old and I don't know any new techniques but have you tried having him put the knob of the bat on his belly and the end against the wall. After he does that don't let home move but make him get in his stance then swing the bat. If he has a good swing the bat won't hit the wall.

I'm guessing this writer didn't do his homework and is just spouting his bias. The fact is Josh Heupel has been a head coach for 4 years and in that time the NFL has drafted 4 of his wide receivers on his watch and likely will be taking more in the drafts to come. smh.

Lol no college passing offenses outside of Bama and Ohio state are really not even comparable to the NFL so that’s irrelevant.
