In one of the early games Rocket Arm Milton tried his best to over throw a deep pass to Hyatt. However, Hyatt turned on the after burners, made a diving catch. Unfortunately he couldn’t hang on to the ball. Upon landing it appeared to hurt him. I noted he wasn’t the same all year. Anyone else remember that.

Interesting, I also noted that I don’t think anyone else on the team could have ran that down to even have an attempt to touch the ball. I believe anyone else would not have even tried because it was overthrown so bad, like many of Milton’s passes.
The Pitt game was not fun for Hyatt.

As a Vol fan, there's really never been a happier moment, truly. I absolutely can remember exactly how I felt whenever it happened. Peerless was out of his mind that night.
The missed FG by Florida and Stoerner fumble were both moments of great relief turned into celebration. The Price catch in the title game was pure elation.

A portion of the ticket sales will go to BYU in order for Tennessee to meet contractual obligations and 'buy' its way out of that game.

Article seems to insinuate they didn’t want to play two SEC games as they also enter first ever BigXII conference sked. So screw that. They scheduled the Arky game we shouldn’t be on the hook for that. Also, they deserve a butt whooping. Remember Alontae having bad game that night.

That was a night I truly felt like Tennessee football was cursed.

Icon SEC UT pictures that'd be hung in the hall of fame for me would be...

Little standing over Auburn player
Jay Graham running away from Bama defenders on long TD
Peyton leading band after winning SEC Championship

There are more I could think of, but to me those gotta be top 3 because of what they meant.
#1 would have to easily be 98 Florida PANDEMONIUM REIGNS!!!

Big time memory of that championship game. Watching it with the family. I know me and Dad high fived dozens of times during that one, jumping out of our seats and hollering after ever big play.
Goodrich's pick-six. That's what big time players do in moments like that...big time plays in big time games. I went beyond crazy whenever he took it to the house...in front of Peter Warrick made it all the more BIG TIME.

I hate neutral site games. Even as local as I am in Nashville, these games need to be on or proximate to campuses.

Yeah, I agree. I get why they wanna do them, but I also think it sort of insulting to both fanbases.

We've also played in Nashville a LOT so it's not a "we gotta go" sort of neutral site like Bristol was.

Oh no, not again.

His “retirement” match against Shawn Michaels in 2008 was such a perfect capstone to his great career, but he just can’t let it go.
Whenever the Vols take the field through the T, 100,000+ lose their mind and go nuts...for a team; still an adrenaline rush, feeling, and moment, to the individual player, many will never experience.

Now, imagine what it was like for Hulk Hogan, and Hulk Hogan alone, at Wrestlemania 3.

Of course, it would be hard to let that go; and, as we see with most wrestlers, it's impossible.

Who where or what the heck is a J Boog?! Sounds like some new fangled drug the kids are taking right out of their own noses.
