Inversion, inversion! That's what I preach! It will heal that back pain!There are a few stretches that will provide temporary relief, but I could not find a quick fix. Muscle relaxers didn’t help.
I used a lacrosse ball and foam roller to keep my lower back loose. Did PT, chiropractic and inversion therapy which helped heal it. Biggest thing is keep moving. Unfortunately for me it took weeks and not overnight.
