Oklahoma is currently sitting at 18 on 247. Right behind Bama at 17.

Clemson picked up a 5* DL today. I hope they suck this year and suffer from a rash of decommitments....

Alabama thought they were getting that guy, then Clemson swooped in and stole him at the last minute. Bama fans are having a crisis of confidence right now. It happens to every fan base sooner or later, but they've have had a long run of being highly self assured. If they don't win it all this year, I predict emotional issues for fans of the capstone.

Yep. Was really good. Beaufort SC has a shrimp shack too. No AC, just basically a screened in porch with fans. Really good though.

I wouldn't classify them as anymore "self-assured" than Georgia fans.....

Nah, as has been well documented, UGA fans wandered in the wilderness for 40 years prior to 2021. They may seem cocky on message boards, but most remember all too well how it feels to be just another also ran. Bama fans have nearly forgotten that feeling.

I'd love for some DL and CB commits to happen soon.

Our OL is coming together well. We obviously have our QB. Not sure if we'll look for a second TE or not. Could use more WRs and another RB.

On defense, we seem good at Safeties. If Smith commits to us on Sunday, I wouldn't mind adding one more ILB to the group. If we get Bradley and one more of the edges we're targeting, we'll be set there. DL and CBs seem to be our biggest needs left in this class.

So pumped for football season to get here.

Looking forward to new recruiting targets popping up as well. As the high school season starts, players will have the chance to catch the eyes of coaches.
