Problem is filling out rosters in the new league.

Sure you can poach some big time guys from a rookie class by flashing bigger money than the rookie pay scale, but the majority of the rosters will still start off comprised of guys who couldn’t cut it in the NFL.

This is going to leave a huge gap in talent on rosters and make the games the equivalent to watching Vandy vs. Eastern Michigan but you give each team 1-2 five star players.

Still blows my mind...I will never understand it..🤯 I watched him with my own eyes throw dimes all over the field in two HS games...under intense pressure in one game.

I just don't understand how the kid flamed out.

Maybe watching JG start over him just robbed him of all of his confidence?

It can’t be easy to be consistently told you weren’t good enough to start over that trainwreck display of quarterbacking.

Not sure I think that's funny. Good on him for taking a volatile situation and distancing. Wish more people would do so.

He didnt take a stand on whether guns should be banned, he did so because he knows kids in that vulnerable age range may look to him. Mature move.

something mental. Alabama's HC had placed a mind hex on all QB's dating back to Worleybird.

Similar to the spell placed in King of Rohan, each QB was trained to play hard but in key moments to **** the ball.

I loved the USFL…. It was awesome football…. They would probably poach some guys from the NFL as well if they tried to start the league…. Fill in the rest with close to NFL talent and the big names would be a huge draw.

Revisionist history…. Bailey was a true freshman who had his preseason ruined bc of COVID. There were rumors other teams wasn’t as impressed by him…. More rumors that Chaney didn’t like him either….!I thought he would be good but the people that matter wasn’t as high on him.

Could be true. We will be in the running for Omaha this year and every year as long as TV is here, IMO.

Can you imagine though? One side of the tailgate would be the recruiting forum hanging out and having a good time. The other half would be the football forum screaming at each other and getting mattresses ready to burn if we don’t win by 21.
