I agree with some of the other posters here. I think Dormady is the best QB we have, especially for a less QB run-oriented offense. His play in the second halves of the GT and Florida games were the best QB play we had all season. I believe that his shoulder injury really affected his game and made him scared to get hit. I think he comes back healthy and ready to compete for the starting role.

JG was not impressive to me in any way. He seemed to be terrible in the short and mid range passing game. He had no clue how to get rid of the ball when being pursued, and finally, his ability to run actually hurt Tennessee's offense because he was too quick to scramble on every play. I'm not saying I'm giving up on him, but I think he has more to prove than Dormady.

Between Butch and Larry Scott I don't think any QB short of Dobbs had a chance. Ready for a fresh start .
All our QB's are good imo . What happened last season is over new day.

Well Dormady is gonna be behind the 8-ball, since he's apparently out for Spring ball. If that's the case, I doubt he stays through the Summer. I'd guess he graduates and grad transfers to another school right after spring.

Yea missing spring is huge for QD. I had said I thought he would win the job but I doubt that happens now. Bet he graduates and moves on

You want a scared QB huh? A guy that throws the ball up with any pressure on him right? I guess you all forgot how much he turns the ball over for a junior QB. No way man just no way you can want a dude at QB that’s afraid to get touched. He won’t stand strong in the pocket and it can’t be taught. Having a slow clock can be worked on but being scared as a junior is unacceptable. Dude throws off his back foot with any kind of flash pressure. No way man, he’s the worst QB on the team. There’s no upside to starting him either.

Model says 23.3 -25.6 Bama

So over 48 and Bama win. Uga cover the current line.

UGA winning would create 2 firsts in last 17 NC games

We need to name a WR coach today or tomorrow... Copeland saying AL contacted him right after the game... I really want this kid and we need another big play making WR... I know we are trying to make up ground and come from behind, but thinking a WR coach and then Pruitt going full "AIGHT" on this kid, we have a great chance of stealing him. We also need the elite DB from Cali... One or two elite guys in different positions starts adding up and balancing team talent...

totally agree... I have to say I really don't like any of our QB's right now, especially after watching bowl season and seeing how many confident, young QBs are currently out there making a big difference... We need to limp along and hope JG improves, hope the kid from Cali is a huge sleeper, or hit the reset button and go hunting for another QB, like yesterday if we are going to get to the next level.

I assumed you would reply, and I can't argue with your point. I still wish JG would have tempered his disillusionment with unwavering support for his teammate.

Kamara was criminally underutilized but always had a team-first attitude. He even was quoted in the recent SI article as saying that he knew, as long as he got a shot in the NFL, that he would be fine regardless of how much more he could have proven in college.

I hope JG has developed a little more of that kind of character.

Sheriron Jones was third string and was firing up starters left and right. If you wanna be a leader, act like one whether things go your way or not. Especially when other people don't live up to their word. You come out smelling like a rose and they look like crop. It's win win for you.

As they should.

A big factor in your reaction to an event is geography. I live in Georgia. I absolutely couldn't have handled it if Georgia had won that game last night.

Don't get it twisted, I hate Alabama with an unholy passion. But it's different when you are faced with the prospect of grown ass adults "woofing" at each other all over town. From my geographic location, that game last night couldn't have ended any better!

Yeah, I live here and grew up here and most of my friends are UGA fans. I didn't want them to win. We still have a more recent title than them and so does Tech. They're still losers.
