I really don’t think so. Unless players leaning our way or already committed get a major ratings bump. I know there’s always players that pop up out of nowhere but if we land those folks and others we hope/expect, I see us getting between 8-12

Yea. It can be hard to keep up with some times. What today is completely ok someone tomorrow decides it's offensive. We should probably develop a list we can refer to and it should be maintained hourly.

I didn't say we would finish Top 5. I said if we sign Morris, Wright and Crouch it's very possible. That's 3 5stars right there and they would attract other elite recruits to join them. Again, not saying it's going to happen just saying it's possible considering we're at the top for all three of those guys atm.

According to this piece, Caucasians are more eager to remove oriental from our language than Asians are. Probably depends on who you know but this lady is Asian and does a pretty good job framing the discussion.

The term 'Oriental' is outdated, but is it racist?

It's so ironic that one of the main congressman who tried to change the Redskins name was from Oklahoma. Oklahoma literally translates to red people. I guess we could change a state's name too except that the Choctaw suggested the name during treaty negotiations.

Times do change, but instead of just automatically thinking certain things are offensive, it helps to research the reasons they came about.

Land 3 5*’s, likely 12-ish 4*’s, and the rest 3*’s, and I’d say we are close to #5.

Just remember that you can never be as disparaging to Asians as they are to each other. Some of the most unapologetic bigots that I've ever met were Asians.
