I do too...Allowing unlimited transfers would be a disaster imo.

Edit: I disagree about grad transfers.

I think there's a reasonable argument that if you have been with a team long enough to go to the NFL, you should be able to transfer to another college team. If after 3 years in a program, a player's chances to get on the field don't look good for whatever reason, I think it's kinda tough to make a kid stay in a program rather than lose eligibility. The graduate transfer rules accommodate that reasonably well.

I'm not suggesting that should be true at any time before 3 years though.
