I want so badly to return to the days when there was no such thing as a guaranteed loss on the schedule. Where every week of the season was exciting because Tennessee was playing to win.

I for one am extremely tired of participation trophies...:hi:

I just want to have a real football program again..losing to Vandy and Kentucky so much the last few years has been traumatic to me as a fan. Losing four of our last six to freakin joke program Vanderbilt is something I never though I would or could see happen. I hate Butch and Dooley, and almost hated the teams involved for that.

Please, someone redpill me on Tyler Bray throwing the KY game. This is news to me.

I will say that I was never a fan of Bray. You need your QB to be a leader, and he was anything but that.

How have you never heard this?...Bray played like a spastic colon in that game. It was heavily rumored that he made some statements prior to the UK game that he didn't want to play in some crappy bowl..

If Dobbs was on the 98 team Tee isn't starting. I love Tee but Dobbs is better. Cutt with Dobbs running his offense would have been amazing. Manning, Shuler and Clausen are top three though.

I was watching the game with some UK alums, and it was not a fun experience. I had heard something about the locker room being awful prior to the game, having Butch Jones level bad team chemistry. Wasn't aware that Bray was outright trying to lose though. What a scumbag.

Remember though..it is just a rumor, but a lot if people believe it to be true. I thought he had a thumb injury, so I don't know..

There were rumors several upper classmen were done and didn't want to play in a lower tier bowl. Not sure any were intentionally throwing the game but some didn't really give a darn.

The rumor was that Nick Reviez accused Bray and Da'Rick in the lockerroom of throwing the game because they didn't want to go to a crappy bowl game. But there had also been rumors during the week of the game that Bray had the flu, so who knows what the truth is? But for whatever reason, he was badly missing wide open receivers all game.
