So he would take Ender's place? He has pretty decent numbers this year not eye popping but pretty decent.

Probably. Move Acuna to center. He’s batting above 300 with double digit homers can’t remeber if it’s 10 or more. He’d be a big offensive upgrade over Ender tho

Maybe. But I thought the timing of Murray's comments were not coincidental. Along with Pollack backtracking from his original tweets after Pruitt got hired, it's rather suspicious. I don't recall the Quay Walker stuff.

So you're who the song is about...

Nowadays
Everybody wanna talk like they got something to say
But nothing comes out when they move their lips
Just a buncha gibberish
And motherf!@%ers act like they forgot about Quay.

We're in the age of the conspiracy theory. People think everything's a TV drama and ulterior motives are abound in every facet of life.

I think there is an effort to discredit Pruitt from Georgia. A friend sent me a link to a story from DawgNation about 2015 events that was posted yesterday. Here is a snipit and be warned has a few curse words and was long.

Link:What Happened at UGA in 2015? Part One... The Vacuum is Filled | Dawg Post

Snipit:
“We had a no-fighting policy,” one starting player said recalling the Pruitt meltdown. “Jordan (Jenkins) and John (Theus) got into a fight and the policy was that the fighters had to leave practice. They didn’t end up leaving. I mean, it is kind of difficult to have a scrimmage with your best two linemen out of practice. And the thing is that whenever there is a fight with the defensive line and the offensive line it is never one-on-one… it always turns into a five-on-five fight. So all of the sudden both lines are leaving practice?”

"So coach Richt tried to move forward with (Theus and Jenkins) there,” he said. “Pruitt flipped out that those two weren’t leaving. I think he tried to take a ball away or something. Then there were some choice words between the offense and defense. This really wasn’t a Pruitt-Richt thing at the core. Pruitt yelled at Richt, and then our offensive guys got involved - particularly TB (Brown).”

“He got up and took it and walked off the field with it,” said one former student assistant. “He literally took his ball and went home. Everyone thought he was joking, but he was dead-ass serious.”

“The root of the problem was that Pruitt was running the show,” another player said. “Coach Richt is a non-confrontational guy. He didn’t check Pruitt, and it went from there. I think Pruitt just flat cussed out Coach Richt, and he didn’t do anything back.”

All of this at the same time? No coincidence.

I’m happy Drae finally gets to let the truth out there.

He did the right thing in the whole situation and did not deserve the treatment he received from the coaching staff and from the players.

100% correct. Despite what many tried to insinuate on here.

New Oregon commit.. Here's what he said about Florida, his number 2..

Mycah Pittman to Oregon: 4-star WR has blunt description for playing time - SBNation.com

The deciding factor is the receiver depth chart.
“Florida got those two 2018 recruits who were highly recruited (Jacob Copeland and Justin Watkins), and they got the two transfers,” Pittman said. “But they were telling me I can compete right away. They were telling me they had a bunch of talented guys who can’t see the field because they don’t have it mentally in the head. Just dudes who can’t get the plays down, concepts, coverages, that stuff. I’m a big guy in the study room. I’ll be in the film room for hours.”

I love little tidbits like that.

Lawyers are going to fight it like hell but Butch told Drae on that phone call that he was a traitor and that he’d pay for it.

He then told the other players Drae is who informed the victim to call the police so they would “handle it internally.”

wasnt the scuttlebutt that Bowles pushed her to call the cops because he had a thing for her?

Which is exactly why this should be taken seriously. I know fans don’t have much power with something like this but we have to make it clear we don’t condone the systemic culture that was building in the athletic department that allowed all of these things to occur.

I know every single person in here, when asked, would say rape is bad. It’s not up for debate. But we have to be forcefully against this idea that it’s OK to turn the other cheek as long as the football team is winning (and the offending players were disciplined). Because that’s exactly what happened in 2014. We (fans) swept it under the rug because we thought Butch Jones was a winner. It’s inexcusible and we all have a small part in it.

i don't remember that. but does it matter? either it happened, or she's lying or Drae is lying.

can't imagine why anyone would want to drag something like this out for as long as it's been going on that didn't have something to it.

not saying one way or the other, just trying to understand what would be purpose behind holding on to a story like that, this long, if not true in some way shape or form?

bad situation all the way around.

If you want to follow the AJ Johnson trial. This article has a running list of tweets updating the accuser's friend testimony from Today.

No detail too small in A.J. Johnson/Michael Williams rape trial

From what we know at this point it appears Jones did an unbelievablly good job managing this situation. In the end his handlying of it might have the start of his ending in the lockerroom but it seems amazing it wasnt a bigger deal with the players.

Reading the accounts from Bowles makes me appreciate Butch in this department. Terrible spot to be in
