Im still salty that CFA was ever moved in the first place tbh
I am getting the notion that the moves are to light a fire under them . Notice how he came back strong. I think it does something mentally that says you ain't good enough for this position, and when they get a chance to show renewed vigor, it shows.

It's Charlotte. IDT Pruitt is worried that a Banks fumble will cost us the game. Rest Chandler & Jordan, then bring them back for the SEC games.
Do you mean rest them the whole game? We have to get our starters some time, but I do agree that they should not play any if the game gets out of hand.

Edit: Did not realize Chandler and Jordan were both banged up. Definitely rest at least Chandler this week.

I see Urban is trying to change his narrative from scum bag to poor victim. That guy is amazing. First he sees Saban about to take over SEC and he has heart problems that go away after a year off and Ohio St magically opens up. Now Big Ten coaching is getting better and he gets heat over Smith stuff and he all of a sudden has been coaching with a brain cyst? Forgive me if I call bull crap on these scum bag. He sees the USC job may open up in a year and is making his move

so i'm seeing some consternation about some of the player moves.

there's an old saying "if it ain't broke, don't fix it".

but sometimes, it's applicable to alter that to "if ain't broke, break it".

and i think that's where were were coming in to this season. there's no harm in changing anything, it can always be changed back. but why not try as many things as possible that you might think would help? worst case, it doesn't help.....

Jack is my all time favorite. His performance in, As Good As It Gets, is truly as good as it gets.

See what I did there?

Yeah...I'll show myself out.

Great actors can play a variety of roles so well that they are believable characters.

As opposed to someone like Tom Cruise, who always plays his little cocky self regardless of the role.

Damn I have the movie and forgot about him. He is great also. That cast was really good. Another fav Benicio del Toro, in Sicarios 1 and 2. Those movies were BA.
del Toro!

Haven’t seen the second Sicario...does look like my kind of movie. First one was great tho that ending was messed up.

I think Cruise is a very good actor. I agree that I don't care necessarily for some of the movies he has starred in, but I still appreciate his skills as an actor. He has shown his diverse acting chops in A Few Good Men, Rainman, Jerry McGuire, Born on the 4th of July, The Firm, The Color of Money, The Last Samurai, and a few others.

There's a couple of other possibilities...

With CFA, I'm under the impression the staff really likes his attitude and competitiveness. I could be wrong but if I'm right, they might be trying to find the position for him to gain more playing time. I know there are a couple of guys dinged up now, but during the pre-season, there was a bit of a crowd at the running back position with Chandler, Jordan, London and Banks. If I was the staff and loved the guy's approach, I'd also be trying to find a spot for him to see more time on the field.

But perhaps even more important, they are clearly showing they will give guys serious looks on both sides of the ball. When you can prove that on the field instead of simply telling a kid what they want to hear during the recruiting process, your promises mean something and your credibility will sky rocket. When you're early on in a rebuilding process, I don't see much risk at all in taking this approach.
