All of them... he brought them into his program and his staffs. Derek Barnett isn’t the player he is now without strip. Kamara isn’t the player he is now without Gillespie.

I guess to a point. I'll likely always stick to the opinion of the guy is a below average coach at this level. No argument can be made that he effectively developed his players on a consistent enough basis. Our last two teams are an illustration of his ineptitude.

No. Butch lied to get top ranked guys here. He couldn’t win with them or develop them. Then players saw through that and most of the top ranked guys stopped coming, with very few exceptions like smith. We can clearly see that in the last two seasons can’t we. If he was a good evaluator, these guys we have playing now would be great. But they’re not.

If he had soooo much talent on our roster that they over came THE WORST COACH OF ALL TIME he must have either been damn good at evaluating talent or developing it. There’s no other way around it lol

He is one of the worst of all time. And yes, Dobbs and company did overcome his coaching, but we’re arill limited by him which is why they only went 8-4

That Florida team is made up of basically the same players as the 4-7 team. Did they upgrade that much more than us in coaching?

We lost that Florida game due to some of the most retarded in game coaching decisions I've ever witnessed. Same can be said for the 15 Florida and OU games, among several others.
