Liked JJ too. Was not the best leader but a fantastic player. Made a good NBA player too.
He’s turned into a top tier role player I’d say. Yeah he was never the guy to win the game late. Always disappointed come March. But damn could he light it up like nobody else when he got hot. How Coach K would run him around screens was awesome to watch. Dude just always found a way to get his buckets.

Step back childs, and let me teach you to science.

Son of Steelers' Tomlin commits to Terrapins

Eh, not really. It’s Bama then everyone else. Take away Bama and it’s a few teams at the top and a competitive conference. With Bama it’s a forgone conclusion.
This point was made earlier, but it's the week to week grind in the conference that wears everybody down and makes them appear not as good as they are. I am of the opinion that some of our lower-tiered teams would be upper tier in most if not all P5 conferences.

Probably not

Big 10 has more parity and is more competitive. OSU is the best team? Purdue ran them off the field. Michigan May very well best them.

And that all with OSU probably running 75% of the SEC teams off the field.

All I’m saying is the SEC is boring. Honestly, is there any doubt who the best team in the SEC is? Is it even close, or even worth watching? It’s a race for second, nothing more.

I actually think that pertains to all of college football. Who is going to beat Bama period? If Bama plays their B game, no one in college football will lose to them.

But he's been to the Nick Saban school for coaching reformation.

If he truly will eat pride and learn from Saban and how he practices and the strength program then he could be much better at his next stop. The issue will be overcoming a lot of burned bridges and I have my doubts he won't just think he is smarter than everyone and redo the same things over and over again

That’s only for us and west teams tho Bc bama inflates our schedule. If we drew auburn and ole miss from the west you would feel much different about our schedule
I'm talking top to bottom SEC minus Bama is better than any other conference minus their best team. Not concerned with UT's schedule or whatever. Saying, if you matched up Wake Forrest, Maryland, VT, Miami, etc...vs UK, Vandy, Miss State, UGA, etc... and so on to the other conf's as well...SEC is better.

The NFL draft is a perfect example of that. Look up how many SEC players have been drafted in the last decade vs all the other conferences. It's a landslide. Take Tennessee even, we've been a joke for a decade but still put a bunch of dudes in the league. Jason Croom is a starting TE, Alvin Kamara is the best RB in the league, Patterson is making highlights reels every week now for New England, Justin Coleman is still playing pro ball and doing well.

SEC has better fans, facilities, coaches, players and is clearly the best league top to bottom in the country. Like I said, it's not as far of a gap as it was but it's still obvious.

I think better coaches is very debatable. Especially the last couple years.
