Why wouldn't he? New coach, first bowl game in his first year. Needs the practices for the younger guys. Allows the few seniors a last hurrah. Too many reasons not to accept

The Liberty Bowl wants UT for attendance, and UT wants the Liberty Bowl for recruiting. Win-win. But the Vols have a better chance of winning 6 games than relying on APR scores. APR wouldn't have been high enough last year and IDT the score has changed much this year.

I was curious, so I looked it up: UT's APR is T52 nationally and 8th in the SEC.

Yep, I'll let the copy and paste kings keep doing what they do. It's pretty organized here anyway because you have separate threads to go read the info you want on a particular topic or recruit.

COnsidering that he actually develops players in practice the 15 practices would be huge with this staff.

I agree. Imagine what they could do with 10 practices to actually do nothing but teach and develop players before game prepping with 5 practices! We could see huge strides in some players moving forward.

On another good news front there was serious chatter from a very respected poster on TOS about three State of Georgia players that are very very very close to flipping if they haven't already. A LB, DB, DL. Thats all he could say without burning his source. So far he has been money or owned it if he was wrong and that hasn't been but once or twice...Again TIFWIW.
