Question for you nick... I want to lose a little belly fat but I don't want to lose the weight I've picked up in my thighs/legs. Any suggestions?
I am not Nick, but I would up your protein intake and cut carbs down to at least 50g a day.

And then target that area with weights. So weighted crunches and Russian twists.

Tee Martin won't be calling plays as OC.

He might be out of a job and Tyson Helton may take over OC at USC next season.
Could you imagine if we lost Helton and hired Tee. All the excitement I had for future would be gone lol. Won’t have to worry about that though. Unless Tee can suit up of course.

Pretty sure the guy you're talking about said he was better than Mack Wilson lol
Haha I remember that. For the record I didn't say I'd agree with what they might say while weighing in. Was just hoping they could bring something to the table haha.

I actually have a connection with Peterman. He's a really good guy. I think it's low as well, just saying that if this was about a former rival QB a lot of our fans would be having a field day over it.

Yeah I could see that. I feel for Nate because he's a former Vol but I'd probably be sympathetic for just about anyone in this situation. Can't fault the guy for getting drafted and then failing. It happens all the time.

Thanks for the tips. I don't have much to lose but I'm keenly aware that doing nothing could make it a bigger problem. :)

Yeah, doing nothing sounds like the type of training Butch would have his players do and explains why his players were so small. Given how long that went on, I'm surprised Pruitt doesn't try to catch up by having the team lifting weights during the season as hard as they do in the off season.

He looked frightened and panicked during the Florida game. It was heartening that he did so well with Pitt, but he went back to form in the NFL. Feel bad for the guy. I do recall Steelers fan Ole Geezer lamenting that they went for Dobbs instead of Peterman.

No doubt. For me personally, I'm trying to figure things out since I quit smoking. I still vape but once I quit smoking I added anywhere from 10-15 pounds. I don't mind adding that in my legs since it makes me a little less lanky but I also added a little bit in the belly and that's something that I definitely do not want.

Rucker reported that Pruitt instructed most players to smoke as hard during the season as they do in the off season so they don't put on any bad fat. Those which needed to put on some fat he instructed to start vaping. The ones that needed to put on lots of weight, he instructed to up their usage of weed and consume as many Ho Hos as possible.

That's how GT plays. Their coach said that's part of their game plan and the reason they go about 12 deep in their games. It's not a bad strategy when it works and it's tough to get a good flow when the game is stopped for free throws that often. What we have to do is become a better free throw shooting team. We missed 14 free throws last night and that will get you beat in really close games.
I personally think that Pastner is a slaw coach.
