I am not Nick, but I would up your protein intake and cut carbs down to at least 50g a day.Question for you nick... I want to lose a little belly fat but I don't want to lose the weight I've picked up in my thighs/legs. Any suggestions?
And then target that area with weights. So weighted crunches and Russian twists.
