As ridiculous as it sounds, I will be less upset with Lindsey if the WHY it wasn't Hugh Freeze isn't some typical UT ********. Like, if that is just who Pruitt and Fulmer prefer then cool. I actually like Lindsey so I'm fine with him but if it's Lindsey BECAUSE someone(s) at UT Tennessee'd it up and torpedoed a Freeze hire or something than I am going to be unbelievably salty.

All legit reports are that Pruitt holds the cards. I just want to score a ton of points, and to me, Freeze is the most likely to do that. Other hires may very well be better, but I’m going to be nervous till I see it work out

You're thinking of Radcliffe College which was basically a Harvard annex (aka Harvard for women). Before universities went co-ed, Harvard professors taught women at Radcliffe. Eventually, the college was absorbed back into Harvard.

My thoughts: assuming this Freeze Love is real, There is no way in hell that Fulmer is gonna let some politician block a hire he and his head coach agree on hiring.

So either Freeze is our next OC, or we are about to be searching for a new AD, and probably a new head coach.

The degree of Fulmer hate from some, is the biggest oddity in all of college sports to me.
