We have no knowledge of how hands-on Smart is tho. If he’s heavily involved, it’d be a lateral move. Don’t get hung up on the “co” thing. That was more of the lure for Rumph. Sherrer is more involved in defensive gameplans. Rumph is a better talker than anyone on the staff.

Those are Bruin problems...not real world. Mel Tucker’s got a bit more on his resume than Sherrer...including NFL DC experience. That helped him as a HC last year and this one more than not having “co” on his title.

I really think they are oblivious to it. They have so much TV money. Since the same donation covers all sports, they are seeing many staying on with the basketball team doing so well. However, 20k at TBA pales to 100k at Neyland. I joke about Haslam but they need his money because they are going to have to still do things to update Neyland.
