I’m talking your personal views, not the fan base as a whole.

When Schiano stuff happened you said you were “ashamed”, “embarrassed”, and that we possibly ruined a good mans career over unproven allegations. Your words.

Now, a USA Today article with an unnamed source comes out and your response is

Why 2 different responses?

Lol

That post doesn't even mention Freeze

For the record I don't care what Freeze has done as long as he repented and has been forgiven. God used a murderer to spread the Gospel. I feel
Certain if he's learned from his issues he can be our OC

I wouldn't hate Enos, but I don't know how much I believe in his ability to fix this offense, or at least to maximise its productivity.
His offense was good at Arkansas even with a bad Oline. REALLY bad, almost got the QB killed every week. It was the worst in the SEC after Pittman left

I’m talking about 16’, 17’ his QB got hurt

Or I guess you can try to weasel out of the conversation by pretending you don’t understand after realizing your views are just as hypocritical as the fan base you are trying to take shots at

An offensive coordinator hire is not going to be the thing that fixes this program or the thing that keeps it from getting back. People have got to give up on hoping for that magic bullet.
I'd agree with that statement if Pruitt had been an HC before and/or we were talking about a defensive coordinator hire.

In time, I think Pruitt will show to have the defense and recruiting handled. If he fails here, I don't think it'll be because the defense was bad or he recruited poorly. I think it'll be because his offenses never come around.

This is a very important hire for Pruitt. I don't really think that can be understated. If whoever he hires, even if it was Freeze, doesn't pay dividends, we're talking about Pruitt coaching for his job heading into the 2020 season.

I said I wouldn't hate it. I just don't know how much I believe on him, but I didn't feel any different about Lindsey. I know what Freeze can do with an offense..I watched him destroy great defenses with Bo freakin Wallace...let that marinate...

He's proven with QBs. I like that. He works in a system that I think Pruitt likes (explosive passing game with brutal running game) at Bama, and probably has to have a pretty good feel for it to get Hurts to evolve the way he did this year. I know Tua is a phenom, but he certainly wasn't handicapped by Enos. The line will work itself out through recruiting, so getting QBs to a point where they are actual field generals is important. Enos might be a good fit for that. We got fixated on Freeze, and that's fine, but his hiring really shouldn't be a pass / fail evaluation on the program. I'd rather deem the hire a failure based on results, not whether it satiated a twitter following that, in general, doesn't really know a gahdang thing about Tennessee football beyond what channel the game is on (not directed at you, but twitter is giving me a headache today).
