I don’t know why people are freaking out. We don’t have a game for awhile. Recruiting we just picked up the number 3 qb. As a fan base we need to b behind Pruitt and not trip balls over ever little thing. He’s the head coach he will be responsible for who he hires not any of us.

He’s been on the road recruiting so you would figure he would have a someone if he’s out on the road. Plus AV said that the hire has been made but never said who. Nobody knows anything at this point so idk

yeah. he also said he was happy with who it was, while not revealing any info.

so....putting on my aluminum foil hat............if AV is right, and the choice was made (this was two nights ago i believe), and it's NOT freeze, then there has to be legit reasons why there's been no announcement.

1. maybe in the NFL and the season isn't over
2. maybe on a playoff team, and their season isn't over

If Pruitt landed Harrison Bailey with absolutely no clue who the OC will be then he’s recruiter of the year.

This will be a tell. If Bailey ends up flipping at some point that could indicate that CJP told Bailey something about the OC that he liked. Which would be in line with what the BoT in that CJP and PF are in charge of the hire.

If we make an underwhelming hire and Bailey never steps foot in Neyland than that is a VERY strong indicator CJP was lied too.

I do, but I also think some of you go to crazy town during coaching searches and seriously grasp for straws. There is absolutely no concrete evidence out there whatsoever that anyone is blocking this hire. Nobody knows anything. Everything is pure speculation. You're working yourself into a frenzy for nothing.
