Was speaking in generalities in regards to anyone that can bring a little information here and there, not just myself. No one is inside the coaches office and knows exactly what’s going on so was just saying everyone is gonna be wrong at some point. Wasn’t trying to come off like a diva lol.

I don’t think this search is running just so smoothly that there is the complex plan that has 6 candidates but somehow the only person that anyone has heard anything about is freeze. It was always freeze or bust like I’ve said.

I don't have a problem if you don't, I like playing around with you like I do everyone else and I don't give any of the any insiders any crap. Usually defend about all of them.

This is probably just me being hopeful, but I’m starting to think Pruitt is just on his own timeline and he may even be after a NFL guy. Who knows, this might drag on until after Christmas.

Then Hyams will have been right and we’re officially living in Hell.

It certainly appears that Lindsey wasn't on Pruitt's radar the way we thought and I was led to believe by some.

And frankly that's the challenge in any search as I mentioned last night. What's accurate and what is a narrative that's simply pushed by some to their benefit.

Heck, I don't have a clue what is going on but it is snowing at my hose and already a dusting on my patio. It that a sign? But if true that Phil and Jeremy are both back in town, makes you wonder if they were waiting all along til now to make things happen. JMO

I’ve said before, they are not letting any information out rite now. No one knows where this is headed except inside people and they are hush hush.

Shows how much power Pruitt has early on in not letting info leak if he doesn’t want it to. He has complete trust in his staff and that is MILES ahead of where we have been in the past.

Assistant coaches are not being told much either. This is Pruitt and Coach making all the decisions on this Hire.

The media is just throwing out names and hoping they “Hit” on something.

There have been a few names mentioned but that’s the extent of it.

And that’s perfectly fine. But you have to remember it’s not just Pruitt and a candidate that can talk. It’s people from Tennessee, people from said candidates staff/corner, agents etc. everybody talks. There just isn’t anything out there on anyone else for me to really think that there was a true “plan b, c, or whatever”.

Enos is also a proven OC. Would be a great hire... especially if Hurts accompanies him to Tennessee. I like JG, but Hurts' mobility would help our young OL next year.

I missed that. Thanks for sharing. I think his resume is really solid.

He was at Ole Miss when they were at their best and beating Bama. He did reasonably well at USC with Bentley. I'd say Bentley's play was the reason we lost this year.

The question mark for me is did he have more of a Tee Martin at USC role while at Ole Miss?

I’m sure Freeze called the plays but that they were drawn up by at least both. His QB coaching is what makes him viable.
