Per AV we got some momentum w/ recruits.

Says Tosh is gonna be out as DC and we are looking good for Toto and Pickens.

If we land Henry T, Pickens, and Wright, we would just be out of the top 5 at number 6.

With this Chaney hire and bring in Tee....

I'm beginning to believe!

It concerns me that at one point we had the 8th ranked class in the nation for 2019 and now we are 16th and keep dropping. That's not good. I'd rather not be concerned....but its not a good trend.

He better move quick—time is of the essence. I know we live in a “what have you done for me lately” type of world but Tennessee really knows how to cluster f these coaching searches. I know Phil has achieved god like status but damn this isn’t an early bird special. Our roster ain’t great...and yes I get the impression Pruitt is a ball breaker and a task master but you don’t take this long to deliver Will Friend.

You know... unpopular opinion here.

I wanna keep Friend. I have zero interest in a new OL coach. We lost 2 starters to injury (Kennedy & Trey) have 2 depth guys who never got a chance to play and retired.

We have some studs in 2019 and if we land Wright it's going to be even better.

He's loyal to CJP and I think he helped the unit. I am confident in him & Chaney being a stellar pair.

Your a better man than I on that point. You don't have to prove anything. in the football business it can look like a done deal up until they sign and get a better deal or just change their. I really don't understand the few that have such a hang up on someone who gives us the great info and things can go south and miss it. WHO CARES! If you haven't learn to take good info get excited or let down whatever the situation may be BUT until its confirmed its just info pass on to us buy someone who doesn't have to do it. Thank you AV and please don't stop giving us inside info.

yes. it's not like we don't have a good OL coach already. Pittman an upgrade? sure. but it's not like we have Walt Wells or Don Mahoney anymore. Will Friend is actually a pretty well respected OL coach. we need to remmeber that. he doesn't suck.
