Sports are about winning Championships. If it werent then everyone would get a trophy and nobody would care about cutting down the nets

Bruce is a master motivator. Really was disappointed at the time when I felt the university turned their back on him. I was happy for him when he got the Auburn job as I felt the punishment he received didn't fit the crime. Having said that I now see Bruce for what he is, a cheater. I gave him the benefit if the doubt when it came to what happened here but I now feel his indiscretions are worse than what I suspected. With the evidence coming out about his/Auburn's involvement in the FBI sting, I feel confident many of the players on his team were bought and paid for.

We should still be a 2 seed according to most, a loss in the championship shouldn't move us to a 3 or there should be tons of teams that better F'n move down like UNC, Gonzaga, KY, etc...

With that being said, we still cannot sustain a high level of intensity for more than a game or two in a row at this point in the season, which is pathetic. If we keep the 2 seed, I will be shocked if we get out of the sweet 16. You cannot still play this sporadic at this point in the season and expect to go far in the tourney...SMH

We played like crap but I'm gonna make an excuse since I'm a fan and not a member of the team or a coach. The fact that Auburn was allowed to reach in and slap all game and get steals and cause turnovers that should have been fouls effected us mentally on the offensive end. Also it seemed like something happen with Admiral in between the end of last night's game and today's game. Just seemed like today's game was the last thing on his mind.

And we still have a chance but if we lose, I'm not going to say this is a horrible team and start being a fake fan screaming about our players and coaches.

An L is a L. Pointless to attach excuses about how tired or emotionally spent the players were. Auburn was in the exact same position, coming off a big, emotional W. They had more to overcome than the Vols did, and they did it.

The Vols lost. Again. When it mattered most. It's a pattern. Making excuses won't solve it. Accountability can.

This game was called the perfect way for Auburn. They allowed them to play physical underneath and call ticky tack on the outside. It negated our strength and helped their game.

somehow it's not affecting me in the least. maybe because i missed the onslaught and went right to "wtf 20 points??"

Oh well, the ncaat is the ultimate prize and we can play with anybody in America.
