Rewatching the game, I know, I know. But I really want to look at the trenches closer. The D line is getting massed. Their coach is fired up and the players listen to every word he’s saying. Pruitt looks shocked.. I’m only at min 11 in the first.

It’s really hard to build a top program. Nearly everyone is trying to do it, but how many are perineal top teams now?

UGA
Bama
Clemson
OSU
Oklahoma

Everyone else is jockeying for leftovers. I wish we could get it right but honestly, it’s time to be content with that second tier and pay whoever keeps us there

Okay, we all know Jeremy is pretty arrogant and pig-headed. He says a lot of the right things but words are, in the end, just words.

We don’t want to fire him just yet so this is my proposal. Fulmer suspends him from all activities associated with the football program until after Florida week. He is not permitted to have contact with anyone inside the program, including players and staff. If he behaves himself he’ll have an opportunity to be reinstated at the beginning of the bye week.

We advance the assistant head coach to acting head coach for the next 3 weeks.

I don’t have much reason to think this will make us better but it should really piss of Jeremy which is what I really want to do right now.

The only thing I want to hear from the players is an apology for the trash we had to sit through. Don’t tell me about your grind, the beast inside and the magical fairy dust that will follow your wake on the field all season. Let your play speak for itself, because last week was deafening and I can’t hear any of this hype train they keep plugging

So frustrated with the response of the players.

In over 100 years of Tennessee football, we have never lost to the likes of Georgia State, and you just let that happen on your watch, in your house, with them singing your song, and you find problems with the fans?!

There are tens of thousands of people who have been a singing Rocky Top long before you stopped setting yourself and their hopes are on your shoulders and with the exception of a few, it appeared you couldn’t care less about the outcome.

Fair weathered fans would have left 10 years ago. If you a fan now, you are a hardcore fanatic
