Yes and true enough . I'm having a hard time with the fact that the removal of or will somehow correlate with our shuffling players less often which was suggested by an insider

I don’t think we see anything fundamentally different on Saturday.

Expecting to see a night and day difference will leave you shaking your head.

It just isn’t in the cards.

Coaching hasn’t changed.

Depth chart hasn’t changed.

We might win, but it won’t say anything about the program.

We might lose, and it will confirm what we saw against Ga. State.

We are who we thought we are.

There are things that can change for the better. I know it sucks that we lost, but until someone invents a time machine, the result ain’t changing. You either learn and get better or you don’t.

I don’t know about you, but I will be happy with a win on Saturday. The sun will continue to rise, and this program isn’t going to fold. You can either suck it up and watch or just not watch altogether. Personal decision.

Don’t understand the attitude that we are who we thought we are. The program will continue to play football games.

Only 3 teams gave up more 3rd down conversions last weekend. We tied with FSU. Only 5 teams had a worse opponent 3rd down conversion rate.

Play-for-play our defense actually wasn't all that bad. We limited big plays too.

Our biggest issues were terrible 3rd down defense and RZ defense. Gave up 4 TDs in 5 RZ possessions.

The positive view is situational football and playcalling can be worked on and fixed.

You think the team was POSITIVE? That’s what matters. Glad you recognize our powerlessness whilst calling out another group anyway. I’m not defending any of that crap last week or any from the last decade plus, but this program is always the right coach and a couple of classes from being in control of our own fate. Harp all you want about you think you KNOW. Fans who’ve actually seen this movie before ain’t seeing a cheap matinee.

Just throwing this out there for consideration. Everyone seemed all pumped up and puffing their chests out about how UT "took" Chaney away from UGA. At the same time, little thoughts kept popping up for me that UGA did not really seem to put up much of a fight to keep him.

We are going to see how good a coach Pruitt is this year. As has been stated, he is pretty good with lots of talent on the 2-3 deep. Now, being neck deep in adversity, the truth about his abilities is going to come out. I hope he figures it out.

But tap the brakes on the Chaney talk. Sneaky suspicion he is not missed all that much in Athens.

Chaney wasn’t the problem against GSU. Sure, there were a couple of strange running calls. But JG had guys open, and he put the OL in position to succeed. I also understand that Ty didn’t get many carries. That’s unfortunate. But if we have a real Pruitt defense with converting two FG’s into TD’s, we probably cover the spread.

Gotcha. Yeah, that seems less likely. They should absolutely trim the list of players but it’s obvious the shuffling is going to continue because they don’t know who their 5 best offensive linemen are.

Remind me, did anything happen after that Kentucky game? We haven’t seen the same team since that game. Just don’t seem motivated to play for some reason. Just trying to figure if something happened to make the team just say F it.

Not that we’ve been made aware of. Been pretty optimistic. Even Hubbs picked 7-5. Not sure what’s going on.
