I did too, expected coaches to go crazy at halftime in locker room and see a fired up team in 2nd half and win by a few scores.

If they don’t fix that this week BYU is going to win big. They smell blood in the water, they’re bringing thousands of fans across the country, they’re coming off an emotional loss to their biggest rival, and are ready to smash someone’s face in. If UT players and coaches don’t get their minds right it’s going to be a very ugly beat down.

Remind me, did anything happen after that Kentucky game? We haven’t seen the same team since that game. Just don’t seem motivated to play for some reason. Just trying to figure if something happened to make the team just say F it.

I have to agree, I had not watched any of the player interviews because I was to upset. After watching the video , you can clearly tell the spin the media is putting on everything. The players are not happy about this loss either.

I believe this was the game where Marquill Osborn played well and in his last interception, he tried to lateral the ball and almost gave it back to KY. Pruitt scolded him pretty bad on the sideline. Maybe this pissed off some of his buddies on the team?

Expecting to see a night and day difference will leave you shaking your head.

It just isn’t in the cards.

Coaching hasn’t changed.

Depth chart hasn’t changed.

We might win, but it won’t say anything about the program.

We might lose, and it will confirm what we saw against Ga. State.

We are who we thought we are.

The rumor mill is going to be absolutely insane by the end of the season if things keep going poorly. We will eventually find out Pruitt flew on Epstein's jet and partied at his island with Bill Clinton.

WTF. Was Pruitt not vetted at all? What's wrong with him? If he was brought in to save Pruitt there must have been tremendous smoke behind the scenes very early on that he sucks.

Ask any Vol fan to name their most beloved Vol QB, and you’ll get an answer. They may struggle picking just one, but you’ll get a name.

Old timers might pick a guy like Condredge.
Maybe it’s Andy Kelly or Heath Shuler.
A lot of guys probably pick Peyton.
Some might say Casey Clausen.
Younger fans might even say Josh Dobbs.

There’s no wrong answer. It’s just your personal favorite.

Ask the same group of Vol fans to name their most hated Vol QB, and you’ll probably get a lot of befuddled looks. People would struggle to come up with a name.

We don’t think like that as fans. At least not usually.

Jarrett Guarantano making a push to go down as the first Vol QB I can really remember to be despised, actually despised, by a large swath of the fan base.

That kid needs a major attitude adjustment.

Heard from a couple people that some money guys are pumping up Chaney behind the scenes. Said he was brought in help Pruitt navigate through the first year head coach pitfalls and he will be the guy they turn to first if the nightmare scenario happens and Pruitt can’t get it done.

They didn’t pay him all that money for nothing.

We are going to see how good a coach Pruitt is this year. As has been stated, he is pretty good with lots of talent on the 2-3 deep. Now, being neck deep in adversity, the truth about his abilities is going to come out. I hope he figures it out.

But tap the brakes on the Chaney talk. Sneaky suspicion he is not missed all that much in Athens.

UGA offered quite a bit to keep Chaney, I don't know where you got your info.

Spurrier is right. It wasn’t a fluky loss with fluky plays.

We just flat got thoroughly beat by Ga State. A team that was 2-10 last year and has only had football for 9 years.

I’m not totally ruling out the possibility of us bouncing back, but let’s say I’m awfully skeptical.
