You are what your numbers say you are, but I can't believe we are that low in Pass Yards a game. I know we gave up a ton to Florida, but the other games didn't feel that bad. I think we will get better at that stat, but it will still be in the bottom half of football.
Alls I'm saying is it better be one of them KiasWell Gents (and ladies), it's done. After 8 years of sales pitches, and resorting to nagging at times, ive done it. Successfully got a person who absolutely detests Mini Vans, to love Mini Vans. The wife is officially Soccer MomView attachment 497003
The back end played well also….. they threw the ball 24 times and would have been at 50% passing if not for two deflected passes that they caught…. They had one big break down on the catch where the guy hurdled our player. The defense wasn’t getting there typically with four guys…. We were blitzing heavily including NB and CB …. That really stresses your secondary. I’m hoping that they feel comfortable playing that style with Burrell out for the season…. They trusted him more and was able to roll coverages to help our younger CBs.the Front played great. The back didn’t. Thankfully we took him out of the game
Important to know why though. Has it been great? No. But there are only 25 teams have faced more pass attempts than UT this year as the stats stand right now. Every single one of those 25 teams have played at least 1 more game than us, some of them have played 2 more games than us. With that, we have one of the better rush defenses in the nation and are in the bottom 10 of runs attempted on us.. again, granted we’ve played one less game than most teams.
So the reality is teams are having to throw more against us because our run defense is pretty stout so far, are passing defense has been suspect, and because let’s face it, teams know they are going to need to score points to keep up with us. They know they can’t run the ball down our throats and keep our offense off the field.
That’s all it’s about….. more total possessions for us….. fgs instead of TDs for them. Also, I think our passing defense gets a good bit better in the redzone. Less area to cover and WRs can't take advantage of our lack of speed there. Plus zone works better in that situation.
So essentially even if a team can run it down our throats they eat up clock and get into a situation where they typically have to settle for a field goal. Then our offense scores in 90 seconds and they do it again...by the time the dust settles they are dominating time of possession and still down 3 scores, and luckily for us the most points wins the game not time of possession.

Magic Roundabout in the UK. Can't really explain it cause they drive on the wrong side of the road. Crazy Brits. For those that don’t know and want to avoid mrMet State Penitentiary:
- Right Lane: turn right or go straight through
- Left Lane: go straight, left, or opposite the way you came.
Can anyone explain this roundabout, though?
People would be falling over themselves in Nashville to buy all that Weller.Total Wine in San Antonio

Slovis had over 200 in the first half. We need to improve a big deal in the back end. Hopefully Dee Williams brings something. You have to think that Hadden and Charles will get better as they get more experienced. Really wish we could replace 1 and 2.
