Just my 2 cents but kicking him off the team and out of school is a little harsh for this. Imo put him on probation with the school through the rest of his career, suspend him for the rest of the season then see where things stack up in the spring.

They'll investigate. Only one side of the story has been made public. There are two sides-- and different scenarios for what might have happened. It's all very unfortunate. If the drunk guy layed a hand on Jaylen first but didn’t remember it, he is the one who actually did the assaulting and Jaylen defended himself. Just saying.

You realize he didn’t push him down the stairs right? From the drunk guys own words, he got punched and fell backwards down the stairs and went unconscious.
