I disagree with you on this..10-2 would be disappointing just because of what COULD be if we go at least 11-1, but it will not be devastating. I mean..this team still has deep flaws that the offense mostly covers up because it is so elite.
All it will take is for that offense to have a mediocre game and UGA will beat us, and Kentucky CAN beat us.
I think Kentucky is a better team than Pitt, and Pitt almost beat us exactly because the offense had a hiccup game.
The US military never ceases to amaze me technologically. A lot of problems with recruitment nowadays, but the brute force of how far advanced we are compared to everyone besides maybe China (they beat us to hypersonic missiles) is enough to win most conflicts that don’t go nuclear.
When I found out we launch jets off our carriers with electromagnetic propulsion I realized we are truly in the future lol
I just wanted to bring attention to the phenomenal things NIL is doing for our players, program, and community.
It really is an opportunity to crowd source the power of VolNation and turn it into a tangible benefit for all.
I signed up for the Volunteer Club through Hyatt's link for a very small monthly fee. He gets some of the cash money he deserves, and I got this sweet little packet below.
McGrath did something similar with $$$ going to (I think) the children's hospital.
If you haven't done so yet, I encourage you to participate.

They didn't give you guys ear protection? When I was in the Air Force and on the flight line, they made us wear ear plugs when we were out thereStill have a lot to work out with the EMAL system that uses electromagnetic propulsion but it’s extremely promising. Right now it’s only used on the newest carrier, USS Gerald Ford. It’s definitely the way of the future but it’ll be a long time before there’s a whole fleet of them. Unless they find a way to just convert the existing steam systems on the established carriers but right now the way the steam is created and transited around the ship that would be a pretty big undertaking so still would take a long time.
What I’m most curious about is the noise. I slept about a few stories beneath the flight deck when I was on the Ronald Reagan and that **** was LOUD. Night time flight ops were the worst and working night shift was great, except sleeping during the day with flight ops. If it’s less noisy that’s a win for a lot of sailors that sleep in the barracks above the hanger bay![]()
1) that's so loud
2) that's so patriotic
3) Iowans love yelling holy cow
4) Neyland would lose their minds if the flyover was that low
