Corso will always be a legend in the college football universe, but he should have stopped 2 or 3 years ago.

I see it differently. This is sports ENTERTAINMENT. It’s not life and death (though it feels like it at times ). It’s not that serious. We aren’t talking a political office, a CEO role, a pastor, etc. It’s a guy on tv talking about football. If he wants to keep doing it, and if ESPN wants him on the show and wants to honor him by allowing him to retire in his own timing…I’m totally good with that. There is no harm done. It’s up to us as a society to have enough maturity to not make fun or him or disrespect him because of his age + health challenges. It’s just football. Let Lee Corso keep going.

But here’s another thing, Kiffin is in an interesting spot. My knock on him has always been his ability to mature and actually be able to develop a program for the long term. In my opinion, that ability is very much in question still.

If he would shut up and focus on the job he actually has, then he might actually finally do something lasting and impressive with his career.

Not sure what the hit and run was. Do you think HBCUs are segregationist? HBCUs were created by black Americans to educate black Americans/freed slaves when white universities refused to admit black Americans. You don't have to be black to go there. They don't segregate black and white students at those schools. Whites get minority scholarships at HBCUs just like black Americans get minority scholarships at places like UTK.
