Watched the highlights. Not sure how much you can glean from that game, Hawaii was really really bad. Really bad.

If I had any doubts that I am old, y’all have just convinced me! I don’t even know what kind of TV I need to buy when mine sputters its last picture, if it needs a Firestick or not, or what size! The last time I just got the biggest one I could afford lol.

When the “next greatest thing arrives” and is extremely pricey, walk right by it to the last next greatest thing and you will get an extremely good to great TV for a fraction of the cost.

That goes for all appliances. The newest model doesn’t have all the bugs fixed yet. The next most recent model does. No problems plus a lower price is a winner every time. Was taught that by a buddy that sold appliances to home builders. He said that the custom home builders hated buying the newest models for that reason, but the custom home buyers usually demanded it… We built our home and the look of relief on our builders face was all the confirmation that I needed when we picked last year’s models. Have had double oven and cooktop for 20 years, refrigerator as well (it’s dying slowly but can’t get a replacement until January). Replaced microwave at 15 years. Replaced dishwasher because I fell on the door and ripped it off . It was running fine until its traumatic death.

Dobbs should be starting on an NFL team. There are probably 2-3 teams he would be an upgrade for.

I love Dobbs but he is just not a consistent enough passer…. It is why he has struggled to even win the back up qb job….I tried finding my favorite nfl moment to share…. He came in for an injured Ben Roethlisberger at a critical point in the game…. He threw a strike for fifteen yards on 3rd and long from the Steelers 2 yard line to help them win the game.

Because they are playing at Hawaii's practice field because their regular stadium is condemned due to structural issues with the stadium. They've been playing here for 2 years.

Braves with the worst 9th inning in the history of baseball.

Bad ending for them, for sure. Not even close to the worst in history. Plenty of other examples just this season, I am sure. It was only a one run lead, though Jansen messed it up about as bad as he could. For example, on May 5th of this year, the Mets were trailing the Phillies 7-1 going into the 9th and won it 8-7.

And yet there were people here who also defended that. Something about a midseason transfer gave him more options and was the "smart" thing to do. IMO, you're a straight up tool if you quit on your teammates. I still feel like Jalen Hurd is very much a tool for doing it. Idc what Butch promised him.

Probably the same folks that were trying to drag Heupel for "not giving him a fair shot" lmao.

His fanboys were insane. Never understood them. It's like they could never get over how someone getting offers in 8th grade might just have peaked early and might not pan out, not much unlike that QB that ended up playing WR at WVU. They were so invested in his success, they couldn't let go.

I really hope that's all it was, at least.
