When asked about if Tennessee had a focus and buy in like Georgia and Bama have, Josh Pate hinted at Heupel potentially making staff changes. Said there were coaches before that held out and now the pool is bigger for Heupel to have an elite staff. Then Pate pointed to recruiting as being a main factor in potential moves made. Found that interesting

Hmmm I wonder at what positions Heupel may look to make changes at?

Yeah it was put out about 4 hours ago by A to Z sports on YouTube. Pate said he could potentially make changes to the staff. Nothing definite yet obviously but when Pate usually mentions staff changes at programs it usually happens

Saw it today, he seems to talk to a lot of the coaches so wonder if he had someone specific in mind. Seemed to be hinting at position coaches and support staff more than anything else.

Would have to think Heupel will get anything he asks for this off season.

We are missing something in recruiting without question

Primary difference is that no one tunes in to watch TCU football... meanwhile Tennessee drew record crowds in the Alabama and Georgia games. These things matter in the end.
I'd love to say that you're wrong, because that would mean that the CFP committee isn't letting off-the-field things impact their decision. But they DEFINITELY are, so you're right!
