All the interviews that I have seen…. Both coaches have avoided answering they question…. I think Heup calls the plays but he values Golesh very much as a coach on this staff.

But yet we have had conversations on here on about how good Golesh has been as an OC and hoping to hang on to him as long as we can. I believe CH lets him calls the plays but CH does listen of course like I'm sure he does the DC and may override some if he feels its needed. Maybe they avoid the question when asked cause they don't want anyone knowing anything they do. Just the the black covers that follow them the whole game. lol

You mentioned twice how long they've been together as a reason you believe CJH lets him call plays. I'm just saying that they haven't been together that long. I'm not speaking to who calls plays, except to say that CJH looks like a guy calling plays on Saturdays.

I know….. Jeff Lebby was his OV before he left to go to Ole Miss…. I’m pretty sure I read where Lenny was heavily involved in the offense but Heup still called the plays…. Im assuming it’s still the same concept.

Players can’t gain trust unless they’re given opportunities though

They're given opportunities everyday in practice. They've looked good in garbage time with Milton at QB, but when Joe Milton is on, he makes everybody look good (as long as they catch the ball).... and he's been on every time he's had the opportunity. His QB rating is actually higher than Hooker's this year, but like I said, it's also been when games are over and limited reps.

I think he is a great coach and I don’t want to lose him….. the offense wont change much if he leaves though…. This is Heup’s baby.

Oh I agree with that. Hazle would step right in as OC but I can't imagine sending Golesh up stairs to just sit there and agree as CH does all the play calling.

Not directed at you, but ive seen a couple of posts implying this means no more permanent opponents and everyone plays everyone. I didnt see that anywhere. Where was it? That would be a long season.
