My 2 cents, if you're going to do a podcast then do it based on what you want to do it on. Trying to cater it before you ever start to what you THINK people will want to listen to is just setting you up for failure. You'll burn out because you'll be chasing the listeners and not just sitting down and doing what you enjoy to begin with.

If you're having fun and making a quality product the listeners will find it.

The topics are definitely what I'm interested in covering. Thank you for your input!

Going to get wild really. So many schools right now that are banking on a huge transfer class. Some that will absolutely take 20+.

Go look at the names in the portal right now and tell me there are enough quality players to meet demand. Lots of disappointment is coming, the Spring window might be even worse as people get desperate.

I've said this from the beginning, relying on the portal is a dangerous game. I'd rather fill needs through actual recruiting rather than rely on the portal. Thankfully, our class addresses most of our needs. Hopefully we can score on some transfers.

Someone, I forget who, answered my post about my concern about our DB recruiting for next year. Gave me a list of those coming in and their ranking. Really helped me to see the difference between what we have now and their ranks which were like 600 or 500 compared with those coming in that are, if I remember right, are 200 and no higher than 300. My question would be, do you guys (gals included) feel comfortable with the Freshman coming as potential starters or are you hoping for one or maybe two from the portal? I'll hang up and listen.

I think the main problem with postseason awards is letting media members vote. I would have much more respect for the ones voted on by coaches.

They just turn over their vote to an intern.
