Are we expecting to get any other big time recruits or maybe in the running to flip one or two ? This class is the right guy's to build something special as it is now.

Wow when you show the numbers, both of them are absolutely buttcheeks lol.

Fair point though, I forgot about the AFC South having the trump card of the Texans......
Texans definitely brought the numbers down. If the Texans were at least 4-8 the overall percentages would have been almost identical. But they are 1-11… ouch.

Fixing to make a run at a championship. Book it
We had the highly rated players without good coaching for awhile and then we had not as highly rated players with the good coaching (which was actually better, obviously)…but the players and the coaching being up there again .. look out! Gonna be fun.. this season’s guys truly paved the way!

So clear starters for Orange Bowl are now Bru, Keyton, and Squirrel (those 3 were in the top 5 for receptions on the team with Tillman/Hyatt)

We won't have Holiday or Calloway (both in portal). Walker likely is in the rotation/game and then you wonder if we see any of the other freshmen WRs Nimrod or Webb. The rest of the WR group is non scholarship guys.

In other words we'll have 6 scholarship WRs going into the game.
Hopefully this bodes well for getting Lovette

I ventured over to the other "forum" to see what the thoughts were about Jalin's decision. For the most part, they were overwhelmingly positive (kind of a surprise, actually). And, then there were these gems.

I think you can understand the decision, but also be upset that he is quitting on his team before the biggest post season game we've played in over 15 years.
teasing an announcement for his fans to leave the team is pretty obnoxious

Explain how he didn't quit on his team.

I'm not even saying it was a bad decision, he'll probably see no consequences from it. The only people it will affect negatively are his teammates, who he quit on.
I haven't looked to see how many Clemson standouts have decided to bail but I don't like our chances. This won't be the team that beat Bama by any stretch.
The bowl game is going to be ugly and a bad ending to a good season.
I guess Tennessee will lose the Orange Bowl now gee thanks
Yeah Pearl Harbored his football team guaranteeing a loss
Why the hell shouldn't we be upset with the bowl game pulled right out from under us? I think we have the right to be upset.

I think it Sucks he isn’t playing also
But
He’s headed to the NFL and if he got hurt he could cost himself big time
I’m happy for him and proud he’s a VFL

I don’t know what to think of guys not playing the bowl game’s honestly
One side of me say it’s the orange bowl against Clemson, huge game
Not like we’re in the music city bowl or something but if I was in his place with a chance at millions what do you do

Oh well since you're going to haul my comment over here and blast it out as a "gem," why don't you explain what was so bad about what I said? Is Hyatt sitting out the bowl game not a blow to Tennessee's chances in a big statement opportunity? Is that somehow the wrong assessment? Is it beneficial for teams to play games with out their starting Biletnikoff-award winning wide receivers? And is the College Football Playoff devaluing bowl games not a major contributor to players opting out when their teams miss the playoffs?

Good grief. It is possible to both understand Hyatt's decision but also acknowledge that it can have negative consequences for Tennessee.
