That would be mitigated by the two coaches since. There have been enough attempts to shake that tree. Now go to another one for results. There’s everything for a HC to succeed. Tradition, resources, fan base and the right AD. Line forms to the left.I've been thinking that it might be a lot harder to hire a top notch coach for the LV job. I'm not sure how many coaches would be willing to attempt to live up to a legend like Pat. No matter how well they perform, they will have to live in that shadow. I believe that is Geno's problem. No matter what he accomplishes he will never be Pat.
Are you from the 60s?There are many tricks and probably a modern google search would field best practices these days. There are plenty of online communities building shared knowledge on it.
I started about 15 years ago by both taking a sleep supplement (I want to say some combo of valerian root and htp-5 - but this isn't at all necessary) and doing one very simple thing as I fell asleep: repeating "I will lucid dream" in my head. Somehow that level of awareness can carry over to mid-dream.
Over the years I've found other tricks. Here's one of the oddest, yet well known amongst lucid dreamers - try crossing your arms over your chest. Just last night I was in this pose and had insanely vivid lucid dreams over and over. Maybe it is the tactile sensation of your fingers on skin that makes you aware, idk.
If you want to go further and really nail it down, there's a trick - practice your "token action" while awake. It is the thing that makes you aware you are either in a dream or awake. Think of Leo's spinner in Inception. The most common are looking at a clock or phone (because in dreams the time will change or the phone will look different each time you glance at it) or...made famous by Waking Life (great movie I recommend) is flipping a light switch. Light switches don't work in dreams. So...basically practice one of these actions 5, 10, even 20 times a day with the intention and focus of knowing you are awake because things are acting normally. Then you'll increase it happening in dreams, but will become cognizant that you're dreaming. And then off you go doing whatever floats your boat.
Side note - I've found a superior way to fly in dreams, at least for me. Rather than trying to flap your arms or getting a running start, just imagine you have a jetpack on and boost yourself off the ground like a rocket. I've had a lot of success flying for long periods with this.
I think it’s more of a development issue… the Lady vol brand still recruits itself kinda in way till this day even with our yearly slumps.perfect example is Sara Puckett..highly ranked coming in with a lot of hype and what has she done?..anytime there’s a coaching change I always give them 2 or 3 years and then I start watching the players for improvement individually and I’ve seen nothing from the starting 5 that I would write home to momma about.
You're right. That's list isn't impressive at all. That's only 43 DB's placed into the NFL in the last 21 years. That's only slightly better than 2.0 DB's per year. He clearly sucks.
If you need help moving the goal posts, be sure to ask for aid. We’re highly skilled at that. Just ask Bama.
Try to get your hands on some Ammunition, either the bourbon or the rye. Both great, especially for the price point.I get Blanton’s for about $70. It’s not the Blanton’s Gold. I drink a lot of different stuff. Living in TX I can get a lot of good TX bourbons. Garrison Brothers has 3 really good bourbons; their Cowboy bourbon, Balmorhea bourbon, and their Single Barrell. Not so much their Small Batch and Honey. Ironroot has some good stuff as does Balcones…but a lot of their stuff is so so. Still Austin has a really good barrel select line. Their other stuff is meh.
Love me some Thomas Handy Szararac Rye, E H Taylor, and Elmer T Lee from the Buffalo Trace Distillery. Not big on most wheated bourbons like Weller.
Eagle Rare for $45 is a good deal. I prefer Russell’s Reserve 10 for $35-40 a bottle or Noah’s Mill for $55-60 a bottle. Willett Rye (not the bourbon) is a little more $ but good.
If you haven’t tried Old Forrester King Ranch, give it a try. Not the big bite/burn of other bourbons I like, but the charcoal filtering gives it a unique taste. Have gone thru 4 bottle since it’s release last year.
Seems like this igbinsun kid is doing everything in his power to not come here. Not gonna lie it’s really starting to piss me off. Kid did this in high school and is doing it again. If you don’t want to come here that’s fine but stop dragging the school and coaches along like puppy dogs

If your accomplishments are directly related to (and indeed one of the primary functions of) the job you are still doing after 30 years, I think it's pretty relevant.Moving the goalposts lol. Sure thing bud. Hey keep thinking we have a good DB coach because he has some accomplishments in the past. Who needs updated resumes right?
