That’s true! Hope it happens whenever it does. Although there is one option that I’d personally would be open to is Lawson at Duke. She’s done well there from what I’ve looked at the last two years. Other than that I don’t see anyone in the LV tree really worth going after
I would agree with giving Kara the opportunity.

Rickea Jackson led the SEC in scoring last year at MSU. Horston creates for herself but not for the team.

I think the roster is decent, we just aren't working as a team.

I think the roster is decent, but it is nowhere near the talent that U Conn has. A few of the girls playing for them would see a big reduction in PT if they didn't have so many injuries. Our switching on D - and really just the D in general - is very bad.

LV fans have always clamored for Summitt disciples and they've gotten their wish....twice. Look, and let's be honest, it's a hard "sport" to watch and the numbers show that not so many are, indeed, watching it. It's a money pit. Bleeds money. If they could support themselves, I wouldn't care what they did or who they hired, but until they are self supporting....and I don't ever see that happening....I see no reason UT should toss any more failure money at that program. Truth is that men's football and basketball support the rest of the sports and the cost of doing business in those sports is skyrocketing. Sorry, but women's basketball just needs to do the best they can with the very generous support they're already receiving.
I could be wrong but I swore I read a while back that the lady vols were one of the few women's basketball programs that made a profit. I think you get the right person in there and the seats would be packed again. It's all about the product you put out there. Our men's marquee sports show that.

I’m probably solo in my opinion, but I really don’t want the mercenaries.
Same for nolen.
The money chasers are not worth it. Betting they are decisive in the locker room and just not worth it. I want players who are going to become VFLs. Not rental players like pruitt went after…

UT being sanguine about this indicates the level of need. If the coaches didn't think he'd be an asset they need, they'd move on. Either he shows up on campus and enrolls in classes Monday... or he doesn't. If it drags on after that, new options will enter the portal and UT will have a better idea of where help is most needed after spring ball. More spots will open up as more guys seek better opportunities elsewhere.

You do have to wonder about the culture fit with green grassers. What exactly are they looking for and where's the line? This time, it's Monday.

Hes a corner, good corners are prima Donna's. I want him.

DW is in a tough spot with the LVs.

Sadly, Pat's gone. The best way to honor her legacy is by maintaining standards and winning. This is not that.

Doesn’t help with Key being out. Not saying that is the difference maker because lord knows the PGs are horrible.

Will Key be back this year?

A decent roster ain't gonna cut it....especially if you don't have good coaching.
