He’s not a bad kid or a cancer…..just a new NIL world we live in. We can’t say, “ kids should get paid,” and then complain when they fish for the biggest payout, but I freaking hate it…….never liked the NIL and still don’t, but it is what it is

I still think there's something to be said to the relationship you build and what it means to be part of something special. I totally get trying to get the best deal, but I think you just listen to the offers and play it straight. It rubs me the wrong way when you try to play one side off the other. Deal in good faith and be a man of your word.

Now I’m going to get the push back. I agree with us needing help in the secondary, I agree with a kid looking out for their best interest, but what I don’t agree with is making it a publicly tour for your talent in the 13th hour. Do you really think your potential teammates and fanbase don’t see this? Anyone salivating for him to commit here, think how the optics are here. I’m done talking about this one.
